About RMC Events
RMC Events, founded in 1999, is a private security services firm headquartered in Richmond, Virginia with two offices in Charlottesville and personnel across the Commonwealth including in the following regions: Harrisonburg, Southwest Virginia and Tidewater.
RMC Events began in 1999 by providing event staffing support to 16 events, with 8 staff. In 2015, RMC Events provided event staffing support to over 7,000 events with 1700+ staff.
The steady growth we have seen over the years has allowed us to build long-lasting relationships with clients and venues throughout the Commonwealth. We appreciate each and every client we have had the pleasure with which to work. This growth has developed based upon our strength, flexibility, readiness and partnership approach to serving the needs of our clients.
First, we are proud of our relative strength in the Commonwealth of Virginia. We are Virginia's largest and most capable event staffing company and currently have a footprint that touches each corner of the Commonwealth. However, it is not just simply having a presence in each of these areas, it is our ability to provide the SAME quality service that we demand of ourselves in each of these areas. From Christiansburg and Martinsville to Norfolk and Newport News, from Harrisonburg and Charlottesville to Richmond and Williamsburg, we are proud to have established offices and strong capable leadership to be solid partners with our clients across all regions.
Secondly, our ability to adapt and field our client's requests and adjustments in a flexible way has enabled us to prove our partnership commitment to our clients. We never seek the "same ole" solution to a challenge. We are constantly looking for ways to improve and be "light on our feet". Our clients and guests have come to appreciate this focus.
Next, RMC Events is the optimal partner for our clients needs due to our readiness to provide service. We have spent nearly 2 decades strengthening our organization and focusing on the details of our recruitment and training programs. Our base of 1700+ staff members, 3 regional offices and 58 full time staff have us positioned to accept new growth opportunities and succeed from Day 1.
